Thanks to our amazing team at West Bay Discovery Centre who are absolutely delighted with this result, and we want to offer our heartfelt congratulations to all other finalists the line-up was so strong, its clearly demonstrates what an amazing tourism sector we have in this wonderful county.

Having won the new Business Award only two years ago and since then having to face the challenges of Covid, just to have reached the awards this time was amazing! Thank you to the judges and the sponsors particularly those who sponsored our categories @ResortDorset, @BourenmouthWater, @YellowBuses. We want to thank you all for your continued support, we couldn’t do what we do without all of you! We are reopening on Saturday 19th February for half term and will return to six days open from 21st March hope you will visit us soon!

Tremendous thought has gone into the provision of local information and displays that will enchant the seniors and junior visitors, from historical information of the ship building that went on years ago to educational but entertaining interactive displays for children.  A complete bonus for West Bay.”
