Access & Facilities
We want all visitors of West Bay Discovery Centre to have a great time and we are committed to broadening access to all, enabling learning opportunities whatever your age or stage of life. The centre is accessible to buggy and wheelchair users and our displays use a variety of audio and visual mediums.
Our volunteers are always on hand to help and we welcome any feedback or queries- please contact us. We are delighted to have won a Silver in the Dorset Tourism Awards 2020 for Accessibility and Inclusivity. We are always working to improve further what we do and an audio guide is in development. This award recognises the progress we have already made in this area.
Please see our downloadable Accessibility Guide in PDF format which gives detailed measurements and images.
